Returns & Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the product you currently have. Once your return has been received and approved, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.

30-Day Return Policy

When your order arrives, you have 30 days to return it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be damaged or broken and should be returned in its original packaging.

You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
